Jassy is interested in treating all patients that are committed to their health and wellness by attending their scheduled appointment(s) and following our business practices and guidelines. Once you have decided to commit to your future treatments with me please book yourself an appointment or add yourself to our “WAITLIST”. For waitlist patients we will contact you by telephone or via JaneApp at our earliest convenience to set up your first appointment…AND if for any reason you cannot make your appointment we would “Greatly Appreciate the Courtesy of a cancelation phone call or voice mail message within a 48hr window prior to you appointment.”

All services are rendered as payment of Debit, Cash or E-Transfer at the time of your treatment session, followed up with a formal receipt for insurance purposes.

Moving forward Please be advised of our clinic protocols that all patients must complete any and all forms, surveys or intake forms sent to them via JANEApp relating to your appointment.
